Pedestrian dead following New York car accident in Great Neck

A Long Island man was tragically killed on the morning of March 30, according to local police. New York authorities have not yet filed criminal charges against the driver deemed responsible for the car accident, but an investigation is ongoing. The man's vehicle was impounded as part of that investigation.

1 dead, several injured in New York car accident

March 21 saw tragedy visit the Bronx when one man was killed and two others injured. The car accident happened around 3 p.m. and involved one man on a dirt bike and two others walking. One other driver was also involved but was reportedly not injured, according to New York police.

New York patients back in hospitals after nursing home neglect

New York residents who have had loved ones admitted to nursing homes may be subjected to the constant concern for the well-being of the patient. News reports are a constant reminder of nursing home neglect and the lack of adequate and suitable care given to patients. A recent study by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) only served to emphasize the alarming state of care and lack of experienced caregivers at nursing homes across the country.

2 men dead following car accident in New York

Two 19-year-old men are dead following a single car crash in Long Island on the night of March 8. Emergency responders found both men dead at the scene of the car accident, which is still under investigation by New York authorities. It does not appear as of this report that any other vehicles were involved, nor were any other people injured.

Fatal car accident in New York still under investigation

A tragic accident closed sections of I-95 in the early morning of Feb. 28. The car accident is still being investigated by New York State Police, who responded to the crash near the state line. One person has been reported dead, but no charges have officially been filed at the time of this report.
