If Lindsay Lohan could go back in time and look into her future, do you think the actress dreamed that she would be fighting more legal battles than making movies? Recently, the actress was served a lawsuit by a woman alleging that Lohan hit her with her car, while speeding through a red light.

Court documents charge that the accident happened when Lohan, 25, hit the woman at an intersection while she was crossing the street, pushing a stroller. Witnesses claim that part of the stroller was lifted into the air, but the child was unharmed. It also states that the accident happened more than a year ago.

The woman behind the suit is seeking damages for medical expenses and wages for the time she missed work. She also claims that since the accident she has suffered serious personal injuries, pain and suffering.

According to Lohan's representatives, the actress has not been served with a lawsuit and won't comment on the case until they have the documentation.

In any accident case, it's critical to obtain medical attention right away. While we aren't sure where the Lohan case will end up, if you are ever involved in a vehicle-pedestrian accident, you should seek the advice of a qualified personal injury attorney. They understand the importance of gathering evidence to build a strong case, as well as working with the police and insurance companies, to help you preserve your rights.

Lohan, who is still on probation from a 2007 drunk driving arrest, is probably hoping that this particular lawsuit goes away.
